我们是一家专注于电催化+微纳气泡技术的创新型企业,自主研发的“喜运®”系列设备,以自来水为原料,电解生成多种活性氧簇,实现零化学残留、高效杀菌、环境友好的深度清洁解决方案。产品广泛应用于畜牧养殖、食品加工、冷链物流等领域,尤其在生物膜去除、化学残留合规方面具有颠覆性优势。

当前,我们正积极拓展欧美及畜牧业发达国家市场(如欧盟、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、巴西等)。由于市场潜力巨大但需要专业的市场教育,我们期待一位能独立开拓海外市场的“开拓型”外贸经理加入,与技术发明人一起,把这项创新技术带到全球。


【岗位职责】

  1. 市场开拓:独立开发欧美及目标国家市场,通过LinkedIn、邮件、行业数据库、展会等渠道,建立客户联系,推动销售机会。
  2. 客户管理:负责海外客户的开发、跟进、谈判及关系维护,完成销售目标。
  3. 销售全流程:从客户触达、需求挖掘、方案演示、报价谈判到合同签订、订单跟进,全程主导。
  4. 市场情报:收集目标市场行业动态、竞品信息、法规要求,为产品优化和市场策略提供建议。
  5. 品牌推广:参与国际展会策划与执行,协助准备英文营销资料(产品手册、案例研究、技术说明等)。
  6. 技术翻译与支持:将中文技术资料转化为适合海外客户的英文版本,并在客户会议中(视频会议、展会)担任主要沟通角色,必要时协调技术人(技术发明人)参与技术支持。

【任职要求】

必备条件

  • 经验:5年以上外贸销售经验,其中至少3年B2B工业品/设备类出口经验,有独立开发海外市场的成功案例。
  • 行业背景:熟悉畜牧养殖、农业设备、环保设备、消毒/水处理等行业之一,了解目标市场(欧美/澳洲/拉美)的行业特点和客户需求。
  • 语言能力:英语流利(商务谈判水平),能独立撰写英文邮件、电话沟通、视频会议。会德语、法语、西班牙语等二外者优先。
  • 开发能力:熟练使用LinkedIn、Google、海关数据等工具自主开发客户,不依赖展会或平台询盘。
  • 综合素质:极强的自驱力、抗压能力,能适应跨时差沟通,愿意在创业环境中“从0到1”搭建体系。

加分项

  • 有畜牧养殖行业(如养殖设备、动保产品、饲料添加剂)出口经验者优先。
  • 有欧美客户资源或海外经销商网络者优先。
  • 能接受短期国际差旅(展会、客户拜访)。

Job Title: Overseas Sales Manager (International Market Development)

Location: Songjiang District, Shanghai, China


About Us

We are an innovative technology company specializing in electro-catalytic oxidation coupled with micro-nano bubble technology. Our proprietary XiYun® systems use only tap water to generate a broad spectrum of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in situ, delivering chemical-free, residue-free, high-efficacy sanitation solutions. Our products serve the livestock farming, food processing, and cold chain logistics industries, with a disruptive advantage in biofilm removal and regulatory compliance (zero chemical residue).

We are now expanding into developed markets with strong livestock sectors (EU, USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, etc.). The market potential is huge, but it requires professional market education. We are looking for a self-driven Overseas Sales Manager to join us as our first sales hire, working closely with the technical founder to bring this innovation to the world.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Independently explore and develop target markets (Europe, Americas, Oceania) through LinkedIn, cold emails, industry databases, trade shows, and other channels.
  • Client Management: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential customers (farms, integrators, distributors), manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Sales Execution: Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and follow up on orders and after-sales support.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather information on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements in target countries; provide feedback to guide product adaptation and marketing strategy.
  • Brand Promotion: Assist in planning and executing international trade show participation; help prepare and localize marketing materials (brochures, case studies, technical documents) in English.
  • Technical Communication: Translate technical materials from Chinese to English; act as the primary communicator in client meetings (video calls, trade shows); coordinate with the founder (inventor) for in-depth technical support when needed.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in international sales, with at least 3 years in B2B industrial equipment/technology exports, including proven success in independently developing overseas markets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with one or more of these sectors: livestock farming, agricultural equipment, environmental technology, disinfection/water treatment. Understanding of market characteristics and customer needs in developed markets (EU, North America, Australia) is essential.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English (business negotiation level) – able to write professional emails, conduct phone calls, and lead video meetings independently. Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Prospecting Ability: Skilled in using LinkedIn, Google, customs data, and other tools for proactive client development – not reliant on inbound inquiries alone.
  • Personal Traits: Highly self-motivated, resilient, comfortable working across time zones, and willing to build systems from scratch in a startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Direct experience in the livestock industry (e.g., selling farm equipment, animal health products, feed additives) is highly preferred.
  • Existing network of overseas distributors or end-users in target markets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short periods (trade shows, client visits).
